The label combines with the rubber base of Car Tyre as one when being applied onto tire bead during the vulcanization process, Rubber-based adhesive withstands high heat temperature up to 210℃ for tire vulcanization.

The label resistant to water, gasoline, abrasion and solvents, it works well in the harsh environments of vulcanization (high temperature and pressure curing), including passenger tire vulcanization and light truck tire vulcanization process. After passing through vulcanization, the label will be combined with the tire, along with the whole life of the tire.
